Early Bird Discount in effect until September 10, 2015. Register for the conference by September 10 and receive $10 off the registration fee. (The discount will be applied as you go through the check out process.)


Also, during the check out process, you can choose different options (for example, the workshop on Friday or lunch on Saturday) -- use the schedule below to help you decide which you want to take advantage of.

TRANSPORTATION


​A car is recommended. The nearest airport is IND (Indianapolis International Airport), which is about an hour away from Wabash College.


You can use the discussion board on the conference website (my.mwwha.org) to arrange to share a car rental and/or to share rides between the conference and the hotels.

​Holiday Inn Express & Suites has a block of rooms reserved with special rates ($93 for Thursday, $105 for Friday and Saturday nights). You must call (765) 323-4575 and ask for the Midwest World History Association room block by August 25, 2015, to get these rates. It is located at 2506 Lafayette Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm Dr. Jonathan Reynolds' Workshop entitled, "Changing Your World History Recipe: Using Food to Enrich the World History Classroom,”

followed by lunch for the workshop participants (special workshop registration required).

Lunch is on one's own, except for workshop participants, and conference attendees may visit the rotary jail museum on their own (you can pay the $5 entrance fee to the museum with your conference registration)
